• CPA certification
• Mid to senior-level experience in bookkeeping and accounting
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience working with American companies
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Google Suite and cloud-based workflows

Responsibilities

• Perform daily transaction coding in QuickBooks Online
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements
• Review and analyze financial data
• Support catch-up and cleanup projects
• Maintain organized digital filing systems
• Work with a Bookkeeper
• Coordinate with Team Lead/Manager
