Responsibilities

• Own the complete customer billing cycle
• Manage customer billing inquiries
• Oversee accounts receivable ageing
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams
• Execute monthly billing cycles
• Prepare monthly billing and collections metrics
• Run scheduled and ad hoc billing runs
• Communicate with customers about past due accounts
