Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 4 years of experience in general accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems
• Experience with account reconciliations and journal entries
• Working knowledge of SaaS revenue accounting
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer invoicing and accounts receivable
• Manage payroll processing and 401(k) administration
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Become proficient with software tools used
