Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of finance/accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Skilled user of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or HighRadius a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensure performance meets/exceeds SLAs
  • Process customer refunds
  • Manage internal help desk
  • Input payment information in internal system
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
  • Identify short payments for review
  • Perform research on unidentified cash
  • Own customer communications until resolution
