Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts receivable cycle
• Review remittance advice from retail customers
• Access customer portals for documentation
• Initiate payment inquiries
• Communicate with retail customers
• Support implementation of accounting software
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams
• Maintain AR aging reports
