  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Experience with technical documentation preferred
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing tools preferred
  • Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, and social media preferred
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
