• 5-8 years of experience in compliance or healthcare-related operations
• Knowledge of payer requirements and healthcare regulation
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units on compliance
• Lead compliance incident investigations
• Develop compliance training content
• Manage incident reporting process
• Analyze incident data for improvements
