Requirements

• B.S. in engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years in Solutions/Application engineering
• Experience leading projects for at least 3 new products
• Strong technical background in connected device software
• Experience with multidisciplinary technical teams
• Knowledge of complex project management tools
• Experience in public transportation domain is a plus
• Experience delivering technologies to government agencies is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams on technical projects
• Communicate technical information to customers
• Lead technical investigations
• Assess new use cases for customers
• Communicate project status through reports and presentations
• Monitor product performance data
