The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of support engineering experience and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Support Engineering
  • 8+ years in DevOps, Software Engineering, or System Administration
  • Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift

  • Reproduce and debug customer issues
  • Triage and address support requests
  • Document customer interactions
  • Participate in product engineering meetings
  • Collaborate with engineers and sales
  • Contribute to product documentation
  • Identify and implement support process improvements
  • Participate in on-call rotation
