The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of support engineering experience and strong problem-solving skills in a Linux environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Support Engineering
  • 8+ years in DevOps, Software Engineering, or System Administration
  • Experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift

  • Participate in product engineering meetings
  • Collaborate with engineers and account managers
  • Contribute to product documentation
  • Implement improvements to support processes
