Responsibilities

  • Help clear technical blockers and optimize solution design
  • Drive effective implementation of HashiCorp tooling
  • Ensure timely creation of account health scores
  • Partner with sales team to handle customer risk
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
  • Lead account recovery actions for escalated customers
