Responsibilities

  • Responsible for customer success throughout the journey
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for customer usage
  • Establish understanding of HashiCorp technology portfolio
  • Document customer goals and requirements
  • Partner with sales team to handle customer risk
  • Work with product and engineering teams to translate requirements
  • Lead account recovery actions for escalated customers
