Responsibilities

  • Own customer-related product issues
  • Lead incident response efforts
  • Triage LookerML modeling issues
  • Guide customers in onboarding and implementation
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
  • Contribute to tooling and automation
  • Act as technical escalation point
  • Maintain internal and external documentation
