Requirements

  • 5-7 years in customer-facing engineering role
  • Deep experience with FinOps products
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end resolution of complex customer issues
  • Troubleshoot and debug infrastructure automation
  • Serve as CI/CD subject matter expert
  • Lead incident triage and root cause analysis
  • Provide advanced technical guidance on database integrations
  • Create and improve tooling for automation
  • Act as senior escalation point for Customer Engineering team
  • Maintain detailed internal and external documentation
