• Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, Google Sheets
• Ability to analyze data
• Clear communicator in customer-facing role

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 publisher partnerships
• Conduct in-person QBRs
• Analyze industry trends
• Serve as product expert
• Identify solutions for account management
• Manage internal projects
• Escalate technical issues
• Monitor daily reporting
