Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of recruitment experience
• 5+ years as Recruitment Manager or similar
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of APAC markets
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring across APAC
• Manage and develop a team of Recruiters
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions
• Track recruitment progress
• Innovate talent pipeline strategies
• Own priority roles while driving hiring quality
• Report on recruitment KPIs
