Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Professional Services in SaaS
• 3+ years managing direct reports
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Experience in technical writing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage expenses and time sheets
• Ability to travel up to 25%
