Role involves leading business architecture for Guidewire implementation and collaborating with business leaders.

Ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience in architecture and a deep understanding of Guidewire and P&C Insurance in Canada.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years of experience in Architecture or related fields
• 3+ years as Business Architect
• Deep understanding of P&C Insurance in Canada
• Deep understanding of Guidewire InsuranceSuite
• Background in Business Analysis for Guidewire
• In-depth understanding of microservices governance, DevOps, Agile architecture, data analytics or TOGAF
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire implementation
• Identify scope for improvement
• Define capability roadmaps
• Translate strategic project requirements
• Resolve architecture conflicts
• Collaborate across architectural domains
• Provide feedback into architecture principles
• Act as a trusted advisor for Guidewire suite
