Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical Discipline
• Industry certifications (A+, Network +, Cisco CCNE/CCNA)
• Experience with Identity Management Concepts
• Knowledge of Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android
• Experience with Incident Management Platforms
• Familiarity with Cloud Environments
• Knowledge of core networking concepts

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Gopuff's UK headquarters
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Identify and escalate incidents
• Create and maintain documentation
• Work with internal departments and vendors
• Assist other IT teams on projects
