• Experience building design systems
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Design and develop tools for candidates
• Translate product requirements into software
• Integrate AI and LLM use cases
• Maintain design standards
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams
• Report to the CTO
• Contribute to strategic decisions
• Work independently and collaboratively
