Role involves leading the Design team and contributing to product design.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years leading Design teams and 5+ years of product design experience.

We are not considering candidates currently based outside of the US

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Design team
• Create design processes
• Partner with Product leadership
• Contribute to product design
• Develop user research best practices
• Evolve brand and design system
• Champion AI use in design
• Design accessible interfaces
