DevOps Manager

Overview

Leadership role managing a team of DevOps engineers and overseeing cloud infrastructure.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years managing teams and 7+ years in DevOps with strong cloud and automation skills.

This position requires Israeli residence

Locations

• Israel, Tel Aviv, Tel Aviv

Requirements

• 3+ years managing DevOps teams
• 7+ years hands-on DevOps experience
• Solid experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Crossplane, Terraform or similar)
• Managing production-grade Kubernetes environments
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools
• Scripting in Python and Bash
• Understanding of cloud security and networking

• Lead and mentor DevOps engineers
• Own and evolve cloud infrastructure
• Drive DevOps strategy and roadmap
• Collaborate with R&D and other stakeholders
• Ensure secure and high-performing cloud environment
• Champion automation and streamlined workflows
