• Strong understanding of venture capital dynamics
• Solid network of investors across LATAM, the US, and/or Europe

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies
• Identify and engage investors
• Prepare investor-facing materials
• Advise on cap table strategy
• Support investor meetings and negotiations
• Maintain investor pipeline
• Align fundraising efforts with business priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
