Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English required
  • Experience in Customer Solutions Engineering or Support Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies
  • Experience troubleshooting REST API issues
  • Knowledge of SQL/database
  • Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth
  • Ability to debug issues
  • Experience with search or knowledge technologies

Responsibilities

  • Own implementation and support for customers
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution
  • Assist customers in onboarding data sources
  • Educate customers on product features
  • Identify system issues and execute remediation
  • Handle customer-impacting alerts
  • Drive product and service improvements
