  • Hands-on experience in Search technologies or SaaS integrations
  • Experience with Cloud technologies like GCP or AWS
  • Troubleshooting REST API issues
  • Working experience on SSO, SAML, and OAuth

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and reactive support to customers
  • Meet with customers to review issues
  • Create and maintain customer-specific runbooks
  • Educate customers on product features
  • Identify system and user health issues
  • Drive product and service improvements
  • Coordinate support activities with customers
  • Represent customer needs for product improvements
