• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 2+ years in switchboard design or engineering
• Knowledge of switchboard specifications and industry standards
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles
• Strong technical writing abilities
• Excellent project management skills

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs and POs for technical feasibility
• Provide technical guidance to sales team
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on orders
• Create training materials for switchboards
• Assist in developing internal quote tools
• Join customer calls for technical support
• Review engineering drawings for quality standards
• Support sales team in understanding customer needs
