Responsibilities

• Manage operational execution of Phase 3 global clinical trials
• Oversee CRO partnerships
• Drive site activation and enrollment tracking
• Develop essential study documentation
• Lead cross-functional study team meetings
• Participate in inspection readiness planning
• Ensure issue escalation and resolution
• Mentor junior clinical team members
