Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory advisory
• Develop and maintain compliance policies
• Prepare and submit regulatory returns
• Conduct AML/CFT risk assessments
• Develop compliance training programs
• Conduct internal audits
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks
• Manage people as the role expands
