Role involves building a platform with Ruby on Rails and maintaining the internal GraphQL API.

Requirements

• Experience with Ruby or Ruby on Rails
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior engineers
• Understanding of design patterns and clean code

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design for product discovery
• Partner with Frontend Engineers for backend systems
• Work with Search Algorithm teams for backend infrastructure
• Drive technical improvements
• Provide code reviews and mentor team members
