Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of SEC filings
• Draft technical accounting memos
• Oversee disclosure checklists and XBRL tagging
• Assist with SOX 404 readiness
• Interface with auditors and stakeholders
• Stay current on accounting pronouncements
• Support audit committee materials
• Contribute to ERP/reporting systems implementation
