Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls and manage call logs
  • Organize and schedule meetings
  • Oversee inbox triage and draft emails
  • Update and maintain HubSpot
  • Assist with document organization
  • Support with light bookkeeping tasks
  • Help establish efficient workflows
  • Support business growth by coordinating initiatives
