• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Document client claims
• Monitor client claims
• Correspond with clients and adjusters
• Investigate coverage questions
• Collaborate with claims team
• Provide guidance on claims adjustment
• Report new claims to brokers
• Monitor liability determination
