• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office and advanced Excel
• Experience with NetSuite or other accounting software
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record complex journal entries
• Record and reconcile revenue recognition
• Prepare account reconciliations
• Own the accounts payable cycle
• Lead annual 1099 compliance reporting
• Process payroll for staff
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Other responsibilities as assigned
