• Project management experience
• Management experience leading operations team

Responsibilities

• Lead Operations Team
• Manage sales and customer lifecycle processes
• Optimize existing processes and tools
• Establish deal desk function
• Present data to senior leadership
• Improve reporting strategies
• Own sales and marketing systems
• Lead sales planning and execution
