Ideal candidate has 2-3 years in customer-facing roles with strong JavaScript and API knowledge.

Due to regulatory and security reasons, there's a small number of countries where we cannot have Fingerprint teammates based.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding consultations
  • Serve as primary technical contact
  • Act as liaison between product team and customers
  • Monitor API usage
  • Utilize JavaScript for sample code
  • Develop automation scripts
  • Educate users on product
  • Increase user adoption
