Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operational activities
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement
  • Lead implementation of new processes
  • Define and track key process performance indicators
  • Establish process governance frameworks
  • Conduct root cause analysis for process failures
  • Measure impact of continuous improvement initiatives
