Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails
• Help customers navigate application process
• Promote brand trust and loyalty
• Identify trends and contribute ideas
• Provide technical support
• Conduct video notary sessions
• Participate in training programs
• Contribute to team environment
