Requirements

• 10+ years electronics design experience
• Bachelor's in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Ability to mentor junior designers
• Strong knowledge of high-speed circuit design
• Understanding of hardware product development cycle
• Background in FPGA designs
• Experience with high-speed devices and protocols
• Experience with development tools like Orcad and Altium

Responsibilities

• Develop system and board level architectural design
• Provide schematic design for high-speed circuits
• Conduct design simulations
• Participate in design reviews
• Perform parts library creation
• Develop test plans and procedures
• Lead regulatory certification testing
• Act as a mentor to junior designers
