Requirements

• 6-8 years experience in backend development
• Significant experience managing a software engineering team
• Engineering or University Diploma in computer science or 5 years experience
• Able to code in backend language (Golang, C#)
• Understanding of Azure or AWS
• Experience in architecting scalable solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale globally distributed software engineering teams
• Ensure high quality and timely delivery of engineering objectives
• Manage and contribute to building scalable infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and architect scalable solutions
