Requirements

• 6-8 years experience in backend development
• Significant experience managing a software engineering team
• Engineering or University Diploma in computer science or 5 years experience
• Proficient in backend languages (Golang, Ruby on Rails, Python, Java, Javascript, C#)
• Understanding of AWS or GCP
• Hands-on experience in architecting scalable solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale globally distributed software engineering teams
• Implement processes for quality and timely delivery
• Manage and contribute to building scalable infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and architect efficient solutions
