Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in high-volume clinical recruiting, preferably SLP sourcing.

• Experience with ATS, Ashby preferred

• Source and identify SLP candidates
• Conduct candidate evaluation calls
• Partner with leadership on hiring goals
• Maintain candidate records
• Build sourcing dashboards
• Optimize sourcing strategies
• Identify market trends
• Stay informed on sourcing technology
