  • Experience in Unix/Linux environments
  • Knowledge of IP configuration and VPNs
  • Fluent in Norwegian (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Norwegian customers
  • Manage incidents and support tickets
  • Monitor system performance
  • Coordinate software upgrades
  • Deliver training sessions
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams
  • Report on progress to management
