• Experience with Java applications
• Knowledge of Linux environment

• Basic knowledge of SQL queries

• Support troubleshooting client issues
• Apply production upgrades
• Manage incidents and problems
• Support multiproduct environment
• Administer ATM Switch/Card Management
• Conduct data analysis
• Communicate effectively
• Debug and solve problems
