Requirements

• 8-10 years experience in finance
• Experience with full end-to-end financial procedures
• Strong organizing and planning ability
• Experience establishing and monitoring budgets
• Very good analytical skills
• Advanced financial and legal knowledge
• US GAAP and IFRS knowledge
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Drive business performance through partnership
• Provide financial guidance to Country Managers
• Prepare financial analysis for initiatives
• Analyze P&L, Cash Flow, KPIs
• Prepare and submit 18 Month Rolling Forecast
• Manage cash flow and prepare forecasts
• Attract and develop talent
• Work with various stakeholders
