GL Accountant

Overview

Accountant role focusing on general ledger accounting and VAT reporting.

Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of accounting experience and advanced Excel skills.

Requirements

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years accounting experience
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Proficiency in English
• Familiarity with GAAP
• Experience with VAT reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and post journal entries
• Support month-end and year-end processes
• Prepare VAT returns
• Document and reconcile Balance Sheet accounts
• Collaborate with external consultants
• Provide data to auditors
• Suggest process improvements
• Be responsible for payroll processes
