Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Charge Entry team
• Provide guidance for charge entry workflow
• Monitor key performance metrics
• Train and develop Charge Entry Specialists
• Analyze insurance claim denials
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Contribute to special projects
• Perform charge entry duties as needed
