Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Managers
• Manage commercial and construction loans
• Develop strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with lending requirements
• Monitor construction portfolio risks
• Review and approve credit facilities
• Provide training and support to team
• Handle underwriting assignments
