• Proficiency with Active Directory and Entra ID
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and managing Microsoft O365
• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell preferred)
• Experience working in SOC2 cloud-based environments

Responsibilities

• Manage IT systems and technologies
• Serve as escalation point for issues
• Collaborate with InfoSec team on security incidents
• Mentor Help Desk staff
• Focus on automation of tasks
