Responsibilities

• Learn capacity planning and forecasting
• Support data analysis
• Shadow QA and Training specialists
• Attend Weekly Business Reviews
• Monitor KPIs and manage reporting
• Contribute to vendor performance reviews
• Work on final project
• Support contract review processes
