Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years supporting SaaS applications in cloud environments
• Experience scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Responsibilities

• Monitor cloud systems and services
• Triage and respond to alerts and incidents
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams
• Maintain and improve incident response playbooks
• Write and maintain scripts to automate tasks
• Assist in provisioning cloud resources
• Perform routine cloud management tasks
• Participate in post-incident reviews
